Cancellation & Credit Policy: All registrations for the AI Summit are final and non-refundable.  If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit for the full amount paid toward a future Profit Rich Results live event within 12 months of the original event date. Written notice must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the event to fordspeaks@profitrichresults.com. Credits apply only to live events and may be applied toward higher-priced events with the attendee responsible for any price difference. Credits have no cash value. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. Registration constitutes acceptance of this policy.

Meeting Room Location: 3rd floor of The Palazzo Tower in a hospitality suite, look for sign “AI Summit with Ford Saeks”

Here are the updated arrival details, please read this so you know exactly where to go.

Location:
Palazzo Hospitality Parlor, 3rd Floor
Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino (at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas)
The event is being held on the 3rd floor of The Palazzo Tower in a hospitality suite. The digital signs will show “AI Summit with Ford Saeks”

Getting There:

Enter through The Venetian / Palazzo (3355 S Las Vegas Blvd).

If you’re parking:

• Self-parking is available in The Venetian or The Palazzo garages
• Self-parking is available in the garage
• Valet is also available

From parking or valet, head into the Palazzo casino floor.

Finding the Elevators:

Inside the Palazzo casino:

• Walk toward the center of the casino
• Look for signs to “Palazzo Tower Elevators” or “Guest Elevators”

• These are NOT the garage elevators, use the main tower elevators

Accessing the 3rd Floor:

If you’re staying at Venetian/Palazzo:

• Your room key will give you access to the 3rd floor

If you are NOT staying on property:

• Go to the elevators and give your name to the guard
• They will have the attendee list and will grant you access

Once on the 3rd floor, follow signs for the hospitality suite AI Summit.

Important:
This is a large property, expect a 5–10 minute walk inside. Plan to arrive a little early so you’re not rushed.
